        I came across a circulating PDF on WhatsApp that contains valuable information on bridge engineering. However, as time passes, this document may become lost in the depths of someone's hard drive, and inaccessible to those who may benefit from it. As a result, I am taking it upon myself to make this document available to the public. The guideline was developed by a group of dedicated engineers listed as follows, from the Public Works Department of Maharashtra, who have shared their extensive knowledge and expertise. Through their sincere efforts, this document has been completed, and I believe that it will prove to be an invaluable resource for anyone interested in bridge engineering.
