 Some Errors Observed in PMIS,Pothole App and Dashboard

PMIS App

1) Error in Dashboard and PMIS Work Numbers (Taken at Samr time) :-

Total works in PMIS = 398

Also works finalized using completed tab shall be considered complete in all respects but it's visible in processed TS.

Works Observed in Dashboard Graphical Presentation

Here Total Number is Missing i.e 399 works, Only Finalised AA works are visible Hence completion target status cannot be estimated.

Works Observed in Dashboard Works Data entry Status

Difference of 1 work i.e. 398 works visible against 399 works, but to my division login why all maharashtra data is visible? If somebody dont know search option within web page then its very dificult to find.

Pothole App

1) PCRS app :- As this is reporting app for public, the common tendency of PWD officers will be its of no use for us, as MyPWD app is Another Complaint Recieving app on which they have to work.

2) Complaint Numbers not matching on App and On Dashboard

Total Complaints visible to Executive Engineer on Dashboard = 9

Total Complaints visible to Executive Engineer on MyPWD app = 5

3) Common (Nontechnical) People think that complaint is un-attended for 4/7/15/30 or more days but it is not like that actually column Headings shall be like "Complaint replied within 4 days","Complaint replied within 7 days","Complaint replied within 15 days","Complaint replied within 30 days". Common heading on top is neglected by common people and Officers are targeted in meetings.

But common people take its meaning as Complaint is not even checked on map by field officers.Here for Peth Subdivision 2 complaints are visible in 4 days, what common people dont consider that is complaint yet to be replied is "0", means all complaints recieved on app are checked and complied.

4) Proximity to NH road:- 

Near Junction points of NH and PWD roads, errors occuring as "Subdivision not Mapped"
