Circle and Talathi Office Type plans and Estimate Recapitulation sheet
Revenue department is a very important department of revenue administration and source revenue of state government. Also, from birth to death, every person has a direct-indirect relationship with the revenue department. Alternatively, revenue offices at all levels must be in good condition to provide better facilities to the citizens. In this, Talathi and Mandal officers at the local level are very important in terms of public relations and preservation of records. Therefore, the government is receiving proposals along with the budget for the construction of such Circle and Talathi offices from all over the state.
To avoid huge difference in the cost estimates for the construction of such offices received/undertaken at the Government level from various districts of the State and to bring uniformity in the building type and budget of the Circle and Talathi offices the model map (type plan) for the entire state were prepared by the Chief Architect, State of Maharashtra, Mumbai were approved by High-Level Committee of Secretaries held under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary.
Some Details of The model maps (Type Plan) and budget (Recapitulation Sheet) for the said offices are as follows -
(1) In the sample map, the construction of Mandal Officer's office is G-Floor with a total area of 43.03 sq.m and the construction of Talathi office is G-Floor with a total area of 28.26 sq.m. and That will be it.
(2) The rate of the said work is Rs.28,000/- per sq.m. and it is based on the price list of the year 2023-24.
(3) The said budget includes electrification, water supply (minimum 1500 liter tank), borewell and office furniture. The administrative approval order will also include the inclusion of contingency fund, goods and services tax.
